 Vignoles- A white golden grape. Vignole grape made as a semi sweet wine has a floral taste of apricots, honey, peaches, orange rinds, or melon flavors. It can be made into a simple semi dry wine or as a very complex sweet wine. Both having a citrus in flavor with underlying tone of peach and tropical fruit. A vignole grape has unique and pronounced flavor used for a wide style of wines

Seyval Blanc- A white varietal, easily made into a semi-dry white wine. Flavors of grapefruit, green apple and melon exist. This grape is successful in blending or making a delightful sparkling wine.

LaCrosse- A light colored variety used in both blends and varietal wines, contributing its flavors of pear and apricot as well a pleasant Muscat like aroma.

Niagra- A Labrusca variety. Wines made from Niagara are light and grapey with a "foxy" aroma. Largely popular and works well for sweet wines. Nicely blended also.
